Mark Bakeris, DC

Dr. Mark grew up in Bettendorf, Iowa. He graduated with a BA in 1991 from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa where he was a student athlete and played on the football team for 2 years. He also attended the University of Iowa for a portion of his undergraduate work. After entering the work field of business management and sales, Dr. Mark returned to and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 2000. Dr’s Mark and Kari practiced Chiropractic in Southaven, MS for 3.5 years before returning to Iowa. They love the Iowa City area and all of the activities and fun this area has to offer. They opened Bakeris Family Chiropractic in Coralville in 2004 and have loved every minute of it! Dr. Mark enjoys watching the Hawkeyes. You will find him at any type of athletic event that he can make it to at the University. He loves his own athletics as well such as running, bicycling, and kayaking. He is an avid hunter and enjoys fishing in Canada and traveling anywhere. He also loves spending time with his family and friends as often as possible.
